It is difficult for the installation quality to meet the requirements of the national standards.
 

2.2 The management system of the installation team is not standardized and perfect.
 

Some installation teams do not have a strict and meticulous management system in terms of the safety responsibilities of various personnel, self-inspection records, storage and handover of data files, and linking work quality with wages and bonuses, resulting in unclear employee responsibilities and lax discipline. And the phenomenon of low enthusiasm has led to many omissions in the inspection and acceptance of some lifting machinery.
 

2.3 The employees of the installation team failed to report the design and manufacturing defects of the product and the problems found during the installation process to the manufacturer in a timely manner, and a small number of existing problems occurred repeatedly.
 

2.4 A small number of employees in the installation team have poor service awareness and are slow to rectify the problems found during equipment inspection and acceptance, which affects the normal use of equipment in user units.

This situation is more prominent in tower crane installation projects. The resulting consequences are: the installation quality cannot be guaranteed, the inspection pass rate is low; the hidden dangers of accidents increase, and work-related injuries and equipment accidents occur from time to time.
